We recently moved to the area, and Angelia made the entire experience smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond in so many ways, which was especially appreciated since we were moving from far away and needed help with things like:

* virtual tour (the detail she went to was critical)

* water tests

* contact with local people and businesses, and recommendations

When we arrived she brought gifts for our family, and she even helped unload - something that was so far above her duty, and so appreciated. I had to snap a photo; she was dressed for business and not at all afraid to get her hands dirty.

She also proved herself a pretty skilled negotiator, and it was obvious that she was 100% looking out for our interests rather than trying to close a sale. That ended up saving us thousands of dollars - something that would have been impossible since we had no idea of the nuances of the market in the area, and we could easily have been taken for a ride by an unscrupulous representative.

Lastly, the one thing that is on the top of the list of me for professionals is quick communication. Angelia answered her phone at all hours of the day, and there was even a call after midnight. Texts and emails were promptly answered, and the communication was crisp and straightforward.

It's a bit daunting to move a family in to a new area, but Angelia's incredible attention to our needs made it so much better. We have already put friends in touch with her who are looking in this area, and will recommend her to anyone who wants the hardest working representative that you could ask for.

Angelia wasn’t even our realtor but she offered to come help me get our house ready to move out of. Her clients had a quick move in date request and I was struggling to pack, move and clean with two young children in a short amount of time. She came into my home and helped me clean it from top to bottom and brought her son to watch my two young kids so I could also clean. She was bound and determined to make the sale for her clients work and she certainly put the work in. She was cleaning my baseboards on her hands and knees while dressed in heels and a suit. I was so impressed by her drive and willingness to do just about anything to make her clients happy.

I can't say enough good about Angelia. She's extremely kind, understanding and patient. Deciding to sell my father's house was a very hard decision that I wasn't sure I was ready to make. She told me to take my time and that she would be there for me no matter what decision I decided to make. Not feeling pressured was absolutely huge to me. Where do I even start? My family and I are moving from Ontario to St. Stephen NB for work and Angelia was recommended to me by a friend in the area. I was simply told that she was new and eager.

What I appreciated most about Angelia was her endless hard work and her honesty. She was so understanding of my unique situation and really did a lot of prep work to show us homes that she thought would make a good family home for us.
